A sightseeing excursion of Warsaw in English is an obligatory part of the European tour. A personal guide will show you most precious treasures of the Polish capital:
- The Old Town where, in addition to the royal castle and the barbican, there are two symbols of Warsaw cast in bronze - the 17th century Bell and the Siren monument;
- Lazienki palace and park complex famous for its Chopin evenings (concert ticket price is €5.6);
- the Palace of Culture and Science is the tallest building in the city (after climbing to its 30th floor with a guide, you will see the city from a height of 114 m);
- Copernicus Science Center with a planetarium.
1001guide recommends dedicating a day for an excursion of Warsaw's famous palaces - Wilanowski (the pearl of Baroque architecture) and Ostrogski (with the Chopin Museum). It is also unacceptable to ignore the Vistula Boulevards - the best place for walking or cycling.
